Volunteering in Digital Era

Nel novembre 2022, un gruppo di entusiasti volontari di “Inclusion Go” e altri provenienti da diversi paesi europei si sono incontrati in Romania per partecipare al progetto di corso di formazione “Volunteering in Digital Era“. Si trattava di una sessione di formazione che ha avuto come tema centrale il ruolo e le sfide del volontariato nell’era post-Covid. Durante il progetto, i partecipanti hanno approfondito vari aspetti legati alla partecipazione e all’impegno dei giovani nella società, scambiando esperienze, buone pratiche e idee innovative. Il progetto ha anche offerto ai partecipanti l’opportunità di acquisire competenze e conoscenze per utilizzare tecniche di comunicazione creative e all’avanguardia per interagire in modo efficace e coinvolgente con i giovani di oggi. L’obiettivo principale del progetto era di rafforzare la capacità delle organizzazioni partner di attrarre e motivare i giovani a fare volontariato, sfruttando le competenze digitali degli animatori giovanili e le nuove tendenze online che i giovani trovano interessanti e stimolanti.

In November 2022, a group of enthusiastic volunteers from “Inclusion Go” and others from different European countries met in Romania to participate in the training course project “Volunteering in Digital Era”. It was a training session whose central theme was the role and challenges of volunteering in the post-Covid era. During the project, participants explored various aspects related to the participation and engagement of young people in society, exchanging experiences, good practices and innovative ideas. The project also offered participants the opportunity to acquire skills and knowledge to use creative and cutting-edge communication techniques to interact effectively and engagingly with today’s youth. The main objective of the project was to strengthen the capacity of partner organizations to attract and motivate young people to volunteer, taking advantage of the digital skills of youth workers and new online trends that young people find interesting and inspiring.
