Never say no to panda – The challenge!
Inclusion Go ha partecipato a uno scambio culturale nell’ambito del progetto di collaborazione “E-employed” dal 3 al 12 maggio. Più di 30 giovani provenienti da tre diverse nazioni dell’UE hanno preso parte al programma “Never Say No to Panda“, in cui hanno potuto spingersi oltre i propri limiti e crescere come individui e nella loro carriera.
L’attività ci ha permesso di sperimentare le “sfide” che abbiamo progettato con i nostri partner UE, Romania, Grecia, Olanda e Italia.
Hopeland, in Grecia, è stata un’avventura. I partecipanti hanno avuto la possibilità di imparare attraverso sfide su come navigare in questo mondo senza “usare denaro“, progettare eventi sociali in nuove comunità e sviluppare altre abilità sociali che sarebbero tornate utili in una moltitudine di situazioni, personali o professionali. All’inizio sembrava difficile, ma presto i partecipanti superarono la sfida e prosperarono. Sono tornati a Hopland con molte storie di gente del posto che li ha aiutati dando loro riparo, cibo e trasporti gratuitamente. Molte foto e aneddoti felici sul loro tempo sulla strada.
È stata un’opportunità straordinaria che ha aiutato molti giovani a crescere in fiducia e consapevolezza di sé in una varietà di contesti sociali.
Ci congratuliamo con lo staff e con tutti i partecipanti per aver contribuito al successo di questa attività e ci auguriamo futuri impegni nell’ambito del progetto “E-Employed“.
Inclusion Go participated in a cultural exchange as part of the “E-mployed” collaboration project from May 3rd to the 12th. More than 30 young people from three different EU nations took part in the “Never Say No to Panda” programme, in which they were able to push themselves to their limits and grow as individuals and in their careers.
The activity allowed us to try out the “challenges” that we have designed with our EU partners, Romania, Greece, the Netherlands, and Italy.
Hopeland, Greece, was an adventure. The participants got a chance to learn through challenges about navigating this world without “using money“, to design social events in new communities, and to develop other social skills that would come in handy in a multitude of situations, whether personal or professional. At first, it seemed hard, but the participants soon rose above the challenge and prospered. They came back to Hopland with many stories of local people helping them by giving them shelter, food, and transport for free. Many happy photos and anecdotes about their time on the road.
It has been an extraordinary opportunity that has helped many young people grow in confidence and self-awareness in a variety of social settings.
We congratulate the staff and all the participants for having contributed to the success of this activity, and we look forward to future endeavours under the “E-Mployed” project.
