Giovani e Mobilità Europea: Un Nuovo Percorso di Cooperazione tra Inclusion Go e il Comune di Sasso di Castalda
La crescita personale e professionale dei giovani passa anche attraverso il confronto con realtà diverse, esperienze formative all’estero e il contatto diretto con opportunità europee. Dal 23 al 30 agosto 2024, otto giovani provenienti dalla provincia di Potenza e da altre città italiane hanno avuto l’opportunità di partecipare a un’esperienza unica in Romania, grazie a un progetto Erasmus+ dedicato all’imprenditoria giovanile. Lo scambio ha rappresentato molto più di un semplice viaggio: è stato un percorso di crescita, confronto e formazione in un contesto internazionale, dove i partecipanti hanno potuto sviluppare nuove prospettive professionali e migliorare le proprie competenze in ambito lavorativo.
Durante la settimana di mobilità, i ragazzi hanno preso parte a workshop interattivi, attività di team building e sessioni di formazione focalizzate sull’imprenditorialità, il problem-solving e l’innovazione. Hanno lavorato in gruppo con coetanei provenienti da diversi Paesi europei, confrontandosi su tematiche legate al mondo del lavoro, alla creazione d’impresa e alle sfide del mercato globale.
L’obiettivo principale di questa esperienza era quello di fornire strumenti concreti per stimolare la creatività imprenditoriale e rafforzare la fiducia nelle proprie capacità. Attraverso simulazioni, esercizi pratici e momenti di scambio culturale, i giovani partecipanti hanno acquisito maggiore consapevolezza sulle opportunità offerte dall’Unione Europea e sulle strategie per avviare percorsi professionali di successo.
Questa iniziativa non sarebbe stata possibile senza il prezioso supporto del Comune di Sasso di Castalda, che ha dimostrato un forte impegno nel promuovere la partecipazione giovanile ai programmi europei. Grazie a una visione lungimirante, l’amministrazione comunale ha scelto di investire sulla mobilità come strumento di crescita, non solo individuale ma anche collettiva.La collaborazione con Inclusion Go non si è limitata a facilitare la partenza dei ragazzi, ma ha dato il via a un percorso strategico più ampio, mirato a rendere la mobilità europea un’opportunità stabile e accessibile per i giovani del territorio. L’idea di fondo è quella di costruire un ponte tra esperienze internazionali e sviluppo locale, incentivando il ritorno delle competenze acquisite per arricchire la comunità con nuove idee e prospettive innovative.
Esperienze come questa non terminano con il rientro in Italia: il vero valore aggiunto risiede nelle competenze che i partecipanti riportano con sé e nella loro capacità di applicarle nella realtà locale. Ogni giovane che ha vissuto questa esperienza porta con sé nuove conoscenze, una mentalità più aperta e un network di contatti internazionali che possono trasformarsi in opportunità concrete per il futuro.
Questa esperienza è solo l’inizio di un percorso che il Comune di Sasso di Castalda e Inclusion Go intendono portare avanti con determinazione. Il successo dello scambio in Romania dimostra come la mobilità giovanile possa rappresentare un’opportunità straordinaria per i ragazzi del territorio, offrendo loro strumenti concreti per costruire un futuro professionale più solido e ambizioso.

The personal and professional growth of young people also involves comparison with different realities, training experiences abroad and direct contact with European opportunities. From 23 to 30 August 2024, eight young people from the province of Potenza and other Italian cities had the opportunity to participate in a unique experience in Romania, thanks to an Erasmus+ project dedicated to youth entrepreneurship. The exchange was much more than a simple trip: it was a path of growth, comparison and training in an international context, where participants were able to develop new professional perspectives and improve their skills in the workplace.
During the week of mobility, the young people took part in interactive workshops, team building activities and training sessions focused on entrepreneurship, problem-solving and innovation. They worked in groups with peers from different European countries, discussing issues related to the world of work, business creation and the challenges of the global market. The main objective of this experience was to provide concrete tools to stimulate entrepreneurial creativity and strengthen confidence in their abilities. Through simulations, practical exercises and moments of cultural exchange, the young participants gained greater awareness of the opportunities offered by the European Union and the strategies to start successful career paths.
This initiative would not have been possible without the valuable support of the Municipality of Sasso di Castalda, which has demonstrated a strong commitment to promoting youth participation in European programs. Thanks to a far-sighted vision, the municipal administration has chosen to invest in mobility as a tool for growth, not only individually but also collectively.The collaboration with Inclusion Go was not limited to facilitating the departure of the young people, but has started a broader strategic path, aimed at making European mobility a stable and accessible opportunity for young people in the area. The underlying idea is to build a bridge between international experiences and local development, encouraging the return of acquired skills to enrich the community with new ideas and innovative perspectives.
Experiences like this do not end with the return to Italy: the real added value lies in the skills that participants bring back with them and in their ability to apply them in the local reality. Every young person who has lived this experience brings with them new knowledge, a more open mindset and a network of international contacts that can transform into concrete opportunities for the future.
This experience is only the beginning of a journey that the Municipality of Sasso di Castalda and Inclusion Go intend to carry forward with determination. The success of the exchange in Romania demonstrates how youth mobility can represent an extraordinary opportunity for local young people, offering them concrete tools to build a more solid and ambitious professional future.
